On 10th Dec 2024 the new EU GPSR selling regulations come into force. As it stands we are trying to work out what that means for REG.
Helion will be responsible for their own compliance. So, that will have to be dealt with separately.
However, also in scope are the digital products that are sold via CCC games. Digital products are in scope, but PDFs per se are of limited risk. However, there is an overhead that will need to be considered for compliance for the regulations.
So, while there is some decisions to come, it may be that we stop supplying PDFs to the EU. This is just a potential outcome, and may yet come to naught. But please think of this as advance notice.
